State of the Org
You made four days possible. Now they’ll go.
“The people received the message with hearts of joy. There were those who were delivered from demonic strongholds. Members of their congregation committed to go out and share with others.”
A pastor in South Asia told us this after our Sept. mission trip, digital mission #10. I sat and listened as he and other pastors shared their stories.
These pastors have renewed hope and excitement to carry out the Great Commission. Hearing it in their voices was music to my ears.
The late nights, long hours of planning and struggles to keep the technology connected were all worth it.
What a delight to partner with our American and South Asian missionaries. Together we spread the Good News of God’s redemptive story. To witness the Lord at work through His church is the most remarkable thing to behold.

P.S. In 2027 we’re asking 50 people to give $100 a month so this work can run on more than borrowed hours. We call them the First Fifty, and about 15 places are already filled. See the Financial Update below, or join at rpxmission.org/donate.
Multiplying the Church
Rain couldn’t stop them. Now they want more.
Seven or eight believers came every day through heavy rain to hear God’s Word on a single phone. Their pastor told us that for their village church in South Asia, it was the first video call ever.
That was one room in our tenth digital mission this September. For four days, digital missionaries in the U.S. taught over Zoom while local pastors and interpreters led each room. Power cuts and a weak signal came and went. The teaching kept going.
When it ended, that small church gave us its verdict:
“The four days we heard are not enough. We want to listen, we want to learn, and we want to grow in Christ.”
In a mountain church, rain hammered the metal roof and the connection kept dropping. The congregation kept listening. Since the mission, three new families have joined, and six people are preparing for baptism in December.
In another church, one woman went straight from the teaching to a family who don’t know Jesus and told them what she had learned about sin and how it separates us from God.
Across the sites, 585 people heard the gospel, 58 received Jesus and 141 were trained to share their faith. One site’s numbers are still coming in.
This is what it looks like to go without leaving. You send the teaching, and local pastors carry it on long after the call ends.
From the Field
She came for the American. She kept coming.
One elderly woman in a village church in South Asia came to our digital mission for one reason. She had heard an American would be on the screen, and she wanted to see him.
She saw him. She also heard what he came to say. That week’s lessons walked through how our relationship with God was broken and how it can be restored. She listened closely, and she joined in when our teacher led the room in prayer.
Afterward, her pastor sat with her and talked it through.
“She came only to see the American,” he told us. “But she heard the Word of the Lord, and she is still coming.”
God can use curiosity too. Every digital mission you send opens a door, even for people who walk in for the wrong reason.
Building Pastors
Pastors will read theology in their own language
“Some pastors never went to Bible college,” one of our interpreters told us. He is a pastor himself. “These lessons are important for local churches and local leaders.”
Most of the books that would train those pastors aren’t in their language. In August, that started to change. For the first time, our translation work ran start to finish: AI drafts each page, and a local pastor checks it.
First up is Spurgeon’s Morning and Evening, ready for pastors to start with the new year. Next is a book on the Sermon on the Mount. The pastors asked us to turn our Biblical Foundations class notes into a book they can keep.
That class still meets every week. We just finished Revelation and have begun Genesis.
Pray with us for our next translator, someone who can open a second language and start another Biblical Foundations class for those desperate to learn.
Financial Update
Will you join the First Fifty?
You gave $17,240 to RPX in 2025 and $18,690 so far in 2026. Thank you. Every digital mission and every translated page this year was funded by people like you.
Right now this ministry runs on borrowed hours. Volunteers plan every mission and pay the admin costs, and our translator works reduced hours. That carried us through ten digital missions. It can’t carry eight missions in one year.
In 2027 we want volunteers plus paid help, so this is work you can count on. That takes $64,000 in pledges:
50 people giving $100 a month.
Will you join the First Fifty?
15of 50 places filled · $17,000 pledged or given
$17,000 is already pledged or given. That fills about 15 of the fifty places. Will you take one of the 35 left?
To start 2027 strong, we’re asking for 10% of the goal, $6,400, by December 31.
With the First Fifty in place, here is where 2027 goes
- 8 digital missions reaching 5 new locations
- 600,000 words of trusted theology in pastors’ own language
- A second language started
$100 a month · Join the First Fifty
Pray With Us
Your prayers reach places we can’t name
Thank you for praying. Some of the pastors we serve live where following Jesus is dangerous, so we don’t name them or their towns in public. We share their requests privately instead.
Our prayer list is updated as new requests come in and as God answers them. To get access, tell us who gave you the link. We ask so we can protect our brothers and sisters.
Never doubt that God answers your prayers. We could not do this without our mighty prayer warriors. Ask for the list today and pray with us this week.
